Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Farmer Helpline

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview :We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can connect directly with farmers, respond to service requests, and ensure smooth coordination between our DaaS centers and field operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries from farmers.
  • Explain our drone spraying services and help schedule bookings.
  • Maintain farmer databases, order logs, and service feedback records.
  • Coordinate with local DaaS centers for timely service delivery.
  • Provide updates and after-service follow-up with customers.
  • Support marketing and outreach activities in local areas.


Qualifications


Education: Graduate or Diploma (any discipline).

  • Language: Fluency in Kannada (mandatory), with working knowledge of English/Hindi preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and mobile-based apps.
  • Prior experience in customer support, call handling, or agri service desk is an added advantage.
