Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Farmer Helpline

Role Overview :We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can connect directly with farmers, respond to service requests, and ensure smooth coordination between our DaaS centers and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries from farmers.
- Explain our drone spraying services and help schedule bookings.
- Maintain farmer databases, order logs, and service feedback records.
- Coordinate with local DaaS centers for timely service delivery.
- Provide updates and after-service follow-up with customers.
- Support marketing and outreach activities in local areas.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate or Diploma (any discipline).
- Language: Fluency in Kannada (mandatory), with working knowledge of English/Hindi preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and mobile-based apps.
- Prior experience in customer support, call handling, or agri service desk is an added advantage.
