Job Role: - Junior Process Associate (International Voice process)
Exp: - Fresher’s (12th / Any Graduate / PG)
Openings: - 20+ positions

Package: 23,250 (CTC), 17,500 (Take Home)
Fresher’s who are interested in Voice Process.
Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate.
Good English verbal and written skills required.
Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones/graveyard shifts).
