Job Role: - Junior Process Associate (International Voice process)

Exp: - Fresher’s (12th / Any Graduate / PG)

 Fresher’s who are interested in Voice Process.

 Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate.

 Good English verbal and written skills required.

 Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.

 Provide product and service information to customers.

 Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.

 Respond to customer's issues on TAT.

 Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones/graveyard shifts).
