Ecommerce Back Office – Customer Support (Voice & Chat) | Bangalore

Location: Marathahalli (Smartworks), Bangalore

Process: Voice / Chat Support (Process will be assigned based on experience and interview performance)

Eligibility / Prerequisites:

Graduates only

Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (Voice or Chat – mandatory)

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Versant Level 4)

Comfortable handling Voice, Chat, and E-mail support

6 days working with 1 rotational week off

Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

❌ Telecom domain experience candidates are not eligible

Salary / Compensation:

Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC per month

1+ Year Experience: ₹26,500 CTC per month

Relocation Benefits (Outstation Candidates):

14 days accommodation

Bus/Train tickets provided

₹10,000 relocation bonus (as per company policy; T&C apply)
