You’ll need to take complete ownership of every interaction, ensure issues are resolved end-to-end, and act as a whistleblower to flag systemic issues impacting customers.

• 📝 Hiring Criteria: Language Proficiency: Versant 4 test – Minimum B1 CEFR rating (English & Hindi)
• Typing Test: 30 WPM speed with 85% accuracy
• Customer Service Aptitude: Psychometric and problem-solving assessment
