Role: Customer Support – International Voice Process
Location: Bangalore
Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru (On-site)
Mode of interview -Virtual
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
* No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
* Candidate must be stable in employment.
* Prior Tech Mahindra employees must be checked before shortlisting.
Salary Structure:
* 0 – 6 Months Experience: 3.1 LPA
* Training: ₹20,000/month
* Post Training (incl. variable pay): ₹22,000/month
* 7 – 12 Months Experience: 3.75 LPA
* Training: ₹24,000/month
* Post Training (incl. variable pay): ₹27,000/month
* 12 – 23 Months Experience: 4.10 – 4.22 LPA
* Training: ₹27,000/month
* Post Training (incl. variable pay): ₹30,000 – ₹31,000/month
Work Details:
* 5 days working (can extend to 6 days as per business needs – extra payout applicable).
* Rotational night shifts (US Shifts).
* 2-way cab facility available.
