Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers to address their inquiries, complaints, and provide product information.

 2. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department if necessary.

3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.

4. Customer Records: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

5. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments to improve products and services.

6. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

7. Support Team: Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share best practices.

8. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
