Customer Support Executive

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in customer support within the NBFC, Banking, or Fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
• Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Support (mandatory)
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, or Fintech domain is required
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Average English proficiency will not be considered)
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
