Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (70% voice) - Respond to emails, chats, and CRM tickets (30% non-voice) - Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes - Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly - Maintain customer interaction records in the system - Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and follow-ups - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
