About RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who lives and breathes markets — someone who understands the pulse of traders and knows that great support is about clarity, speed, and trust.

You’ll be on the front line for everything from trade and fund-related queries to account and KYC issues — ensuring that every investor or trader who reaches out walks away feeling heard, helped, and confident.If you thrive under pressure, enjoy connecting the dots between customers and teams, and want to help shape the future of trading experience in India, this role is for you.



What You’ll Do●    Be the first line of empathy and expertise for customers across chat, email, and calls.

●    Resolve queries spanning account setup, KYC, fund transfers, trade execution, and platform usage with accuracy and ownership.

●    Handle live market-hour queries with urgency and precision, ensuring no trader is left waiting during active sessions.

●    Collaborate closely with Operations, Risk, Product, and Tech teams to ensure smooth, complete resolutions.

●    Identify recurring issues, report bugs or friction points, and share insights that improve customer journeys and system efficiency.

●    Support escalation handling and act as a bridge between customers and backend teams for critical trading-related cases.

●    Maintain crisp, clear communication with customers

●    Contribute to building internal FAQs, SOPs, and learning material to level up the entire CX team.



  What You’ll Bring●    Excellent communication skills — you listen deeply and respond with clarity.

●    Futures and Options (F&O) trading experience and a solid understanding of the derivatives market — this is essential.

●    Must have Prior experience in Customer Support, Fintech, or Broking Operations

●       Analytical thinking — ability to interpret trade data, identify edge cases, and communicate solutions confidently.

●    Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, Exotel or similar systems.

●       Undergraduate degree in any discipline.

●       High accountability, composure under pressure, and a genuine passion for customer success.

●    Comfortable with day rotational shifts — this is a 6-days-a-week role
