Customer Support Executive (Voice Process & Email Process)Candidate Requirements:
Company: Moneyview
Job Location: Bangalore
Only local candidates preferred.
Age: Up to 30 years
Budget: Up to ₹6 LPA
Daily basis interview.
Languages: Excellent verbal communication in English
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support Voice process & Email process (FinTech, BFSI, NBFC, BPO, etc.)
Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:
Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Creating policies and procedures.
Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
