Job Description: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Sales Process)

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Sales processes. In this role, you will interact with customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products/services effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass

Age: 18 to 30 years

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions

Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Provide accurate information about products and services

Identify customer needs, clarify doubts, and close sales when required

Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Maintain call logs and documentation as needed
