📌 1. Account Reconciliation Executive


Job Description:


Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations


Identify and resolve discrepancies across multiple financial systems


Ensure transaction accuracy and maintain ledger integrity


Prepare reconciliation and audit-ready reports


Collaborate with finance and operations teams to support period closing


Extract, validate, and analyze financial data using SQL


Eligibility Criteria:


  • 2 – 3 years of experience in Account Reconciliation
  • Strong SQL knowledge (mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce or related field
  • Hindi – Mandatory, English & other regional language preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


📌 2. Customer Support Executive (Ticket Raising Process)


Job Description:


Handle customer queries via calls, chats & email


Create and manage tickets in CRM tools


Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution


Maintain proper documentation of interactions


Coordinate with internal teams for issue closure


Deliver excellent service and build customer satisfaction



Eligibility Criteria:


  • Qualification: PUC / +2 or Graduation


Hindi – Mandatory, English preferred

  • Basic computer skills and CRM handling knowledge
  • Freshers can apply (Customer Support experience is a plus)
  • Flexible to work rotational shifts

📌 3. Ticketing & Reservation Executive


Job Description:


Handle flight reservations, re-issuance, cancellations & refunds


Assist customers with itineraries, fare rules, and aviation support


Use GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) for ticketing operations


Address queries related to baggage, check-in & travel policies


Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and compliance with airline standards



Eligibility Criteria:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in Ticketing & Reservation
  • Experience in Aviation Customer Support (mandatory)
  • Knowledge in GDS Software


Hindi – Mandatory, English preferred


Willing to work in rotational shifts
