Customer Support Executive

Location:Bangalore, Bommanahalli

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 + PF

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be fluent in English along with at least one South Indian language.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
• Provide product/service information and support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem-solving
• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction at all times
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in Hindi + any one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
