Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address complex issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet quality and performance standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations (inbound calling preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM or call management software experience is a plus).
