We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team, focused on handling incoming customer calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.

This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address complex issues promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet quality and performance standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations (inbound calling preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM or call management software experience is a plus).
