Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for a voice process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer calls and providing timely and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests over calls
• Provide accurate information about services/products
• Maintain proper call records and customer details
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and/or regional language
• Comfortable with voice calling
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customers patiently
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in customer support or call center (voice process)
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
