- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot product/service problems; escalate complex cases to senior agents or L2 support.
- Log every interaction accurately in CRM
- Meet AHT, CSAT, FCR, QA scores, and productivity targets.
- Maintain data confidentiality & adhere to compliance
- Attend shift briefings, training, and performance reviews.
