Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets (quality & productivity).
