Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
- Understand and resolve customer issues related to SMS platform, WhatsApp API, and voice services.
- Guide customers through setup, troubleshooting, and usage of our platform.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Educate clients on best practices and features of our communication solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
