Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
  • Understand and resolve customer issues related to SMS platform, WhatsApp API, and voice services.
  • Guide customers through setup, troubleshooting, and usage of our platform.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution and follow-ups.
  • Educate clients on best practices and features of our communication solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
