Job Role: Customer Support & Telesales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain company services to potential customers
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in the system
- Achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills ( English + Any regional preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and target-oriented
- Ability to handle customer objections
