Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

Communicate politely and professionally with customers

Understand customer requirements and explain services clearly

Follow up with customers and support them till closure

Convert leads into sales (for Sales/BDE role)

Maintain customer data and basic reporting

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English + local language

Ability to speak confidently and politely with customers

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to learn and grow

Immediate joiners preferred
