Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in English and Kannada.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide voice support and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Update and manage customer records accurately.
Requirements:
- Good Communication in English and Kannada
- Min Qualification: 12th pass or above.
- Willingness to relocate to Indore.
