Job Description:

Position: Customer Care Executive (Domestic Inbound)

Location: Phase 2, Electronic City, Bengaluru

Salary – Salary up to 27K / Month + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Answer the Customers call and resolve their Queries related to E-Commerce Products.

Answering questions about a company’s products and services

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Delivering information about the company’s offers
