Job Description
Experience Required
· Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain
Key Skills & Requirements
· Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy
· English Proficiency: B1H level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
· Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (patient care, claims, pharmacy support, or member call preferred)
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare queries such as patient care, pharmacy support, grievance, and appeal cases
· Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy
· Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns
· Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA)
