Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Work Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Qualification: 12th Mandatory
Experience: Both

Responsibility:
Engage with customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, aiming for swift and satisfactory solutions.
Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support or management as necessary.
