We are Hiring for Customer Support Associates (Bommanahalli, Bangalore).

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing (aka your superpowers)

Answer calls and emails like a pro—fast, friendly, and fabulous.

Play detective 🕵️‍♀️: troubleshoot issues, find root causes, and deliver step-by-step solutions.


✨ Keep records squeaky clean in our CRM (because details matter).

✨ Team up with presales, claims, and other squads to tackle the big, hairy problems.

✨ Follow up like a champ—because closure feels good.

✨ Share customer feedback and help us level up our support game.


🛠️ What We’re Looking For (your toolkit)


✨ Education: Graduation or PUC/Diploma + at least 6 months of calling experience.

✨ Experience: 6 months – 4 years in customer service (bonus points if it’s in e-commerce, hospitality, aviation, SaaS, telecom, or retail).

✨ Languages: Fluent in English AND Hindi (mandatory—because we love bilingual brilliance).


✨ Skills: Problem-solving ninja, tech-savvy learner, and calm under pressure.

✨ Flexibility: Ready to work 6 days a week, rotational shifts, and one weekly off.

✨ Payroll: Comfortable being on third-party payroll.
