We are Hiring for Customer Support Associates (Bommanahalli, Bangalore).
đ About the Role-

As our Customer Support Associate, youâll be the superhero behind the headsetârescuing customers from confusion, guiding them through tricky situations, and leaving them with a service experience so good theyâll want to write poetry about it.
đŻ What Youâll Be Doing (aka your superpowers)
Answer calls and emails like a proâfast, friendly, and fabulous.
Play detective đľď¸ââď¸: troubleshoot issues, find root causes, and deliver step-by-step solutions.
⨠Keep records squeaky clean in our CRM (because details matter).
⨠Team up with presales, claims, and other squads to tackle the big, hairy problems.
⨠Follow up like a champâbecause closure feels good.
⨠Share customer feedback and help us level up our support game.
đ ď¸ What Weâre Looking For (your toolkit)
⨠Education: Graduation or PUC/Diploma + at least 6 months of calling experience.
⨠Experience: 6 months â 4 years in customer service (bonus points if itâs in e-commerce, hospitality, aviation, SaaS, telecom, or retail).
⨠Languages: Fluent in English AND Hindi (mandatoryâbecause we love bilingual brilliance).
⨠Skills: Problem-solving ninja, tech-savvy learner, and calm under pressure.
⨠Flexibility: Ready to work 6 days a week, rotational shifts, and one weekly off.
⨠Payroll: Comfortable being on third-party payroll.
