• Handle customer queries via calls / in-person support
• Assist guests with reservations, feedback & complaints
• Provide accurate information about offers & services
• Coordinate with restaurant staff for issue resolution
• Ensure excellent customer service experience

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
