Job Responsibilities
• Handle Inbound & Outbound customer interactions via Voice & Chat
• Resolve customer queries related to hair treatment, products, renewals, and follow-ups
• Ensure quality customer service and proper documentation
• Upselling and cross-selling as per process requirements

• Freshers & experienced both are eligible
