Job Description
*Job Title: Ecommerce Back Office – Voice (Customer Support) - BANGALORE*
*Prerequisites / Eligibility:*
- Graduates only
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO Voice process (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (Versant Level 4)
- Comfortable handling Voice and E-mail support
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
- Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Location: Marathahalli (Smartworks), Bangalore
*Telecom domain experience candidates are not eligible*
*Salary/Compensation:*
- Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC / Month
- 1+ Year Experience: ₹26,500 CTC / Month
- Relocation Benefits (Outstation Candidates):
- 14 days accommodation
- Bus/Train tickets provided
- ₹10,000 relocation bonus (as per company relocation policy; T&C apply)
