Customer Support Executive – Banking Voice Process (Inbound)

Location:

Hebbal, Bangalore

Who Can Apply:

Freshers:

- UG / Graduate both eligible

- Good communication in English

Experienced Candidates (Banking Process):

- Minimum 6 months banking experience (mandatory)

- Total 18 months experience (BPO / Banking / Insurance)

- Graduation mandatory

- Only BPO experience considered (No branch banking)

Languages (Good to Have):

Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada / Telugu / Konkani

Salary Details:

Freshers:

- CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000

- Take Home: ₹16,000+

- Shift Allowance: ₹1,200

- Language Allowance (Malayalam): ₹1,800

Experienced Role:

- CTC: Up to ₹32,000

Shift & Working Days:

- 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off

- Female: 6 AM – 8 PM (Any 9 hours)

- Male: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
