Responsibilities:

- Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through phone, live chat, and email.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

- Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and account owners.
- Identify new opportunities for our existing customers to make the most of our platforms or avoid roadblocks.
