Job Description
Customer Support Executive- Voice process
Location: KR Puram, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹18k – ₹20k (In-hand) + PF + Insurance + Attendance Bonus + Overtime Allowance
Shift: Rotational Shift (Morning Shift / Mid Shift / Night Shift ) | Cab facility is there for night shift within 10km distance
Language: English and Hindi mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and delivery partners
- Act as a bridge between customers and delivery executives to resolve issues efficiently
- Address concerns such as order delays, cancellations, wrong address, or delivery challenges
- Provide real-time support to delivery partners for navigation or customer-related issues
- Escalate complex cases to higher support teams when required
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the system
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication
