Job Description
1. Provide real-time chat support. 2. Deliver empathetic, problem-solving assistance to resolve customer issues effectively. 3. Communicate clearly in English, Hindi, and Kannada with excellent typing skills. 4. Handle multiple chat conversations, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. 5. Explain product features, eligibility, and financial options with clarity. 6. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately. 7. Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams while following company protocols. 8. Adhere to data privacy, company policies, and maintain professional chat etiquette. 9. Should be prepared for Rotational Shifts and WOs. (8am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm)
