Job Description
- key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Requirements:Excellent communication skills (English & regional languages preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
