  • key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Requirements:Excellent communication skills (English & regional languages preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills
