Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:Hiring for multiple BPO voice processes (Toyota, Titan, Ashok Leyland, TBSS, Switch Mobility, IBL). Open for freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound)
• Resolve queries and provide support
• Generate leads and follow-ups (if applicable)
• Manage payment collections (for collections role)
• Maintain records and ensure service quality

Processes, Eligibility & Salary:

• Toyota (Customer Support) – ₹23,000 CTC / ₹20,000 TH (6+ months exp), PUC+, English & Hindi, Night Shift (Male)
• Titan (Support/Lead Gen) – ₹20,000–₹17,000 CTC, PUC+, English & Hindi (Freshers & Exp)
• Ashok Leyland (Support) – ₹13,000 Fixed, 12th Pass, English + Hindi + South Language, General Shift
• TBSS (Support) – ₹14,300, Graduates, English & Hindi + South Language
• Switch Mobility (Support) – ₹15,000 Fixed, PUC+, English, Hindi & Telugu, Rotational Shift
• IBL (Collections) – ₹12,777 + ₹2,000 OT + Incentives up to ₹50,000, PUC+, English & Hindi + South Language, 9 AM–6 PM

• Requirements:
• Good communication in English & Hindi
• South Indian languages preferred (process-based)
• Basic computer knowledge
