Location: Bangalore | Experience: Minimum 6 Months | 

Salary: 18K - 25K

Role Overview:

Provide customer support for Tally software by resolving user queries, assisting with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. The role involves both remote and on-site support while ensuring smooth usage of Tally and maintaining strong customer relationships. 

Job Description:

Eligibility:

Graduate (B.Com / M.Com preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tally support

Languages: English and Kannada (mandatory)

Mandatory Skills:

Auditing

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payables (AP)

Accounts Receivables (AR)

GST Filing

Knowledge of financial record management and statutory compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer queries related to Tally via phone, email, remote tools, or on-site visits.

Assist clients with installation, configuration, and usage of Tally.

Guide customers on accounting processes and best practices using Tally.

Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and escalate complex cases when required.

Build positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Skills:

Strong problem-solving ability, customer handling skills, communication in English and Kannada, and the ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
