- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication via email/microsoft teams and excellent service.

- Understand client needs and propose solutions that meet their objectives.

- Address client inquiries promptly; escalate issues for timely resolution.

- Generate leads via networking, cold emails, and referrals.

- Qualify clients, convert them into opportunities, and close deals for a successful partnership. 

- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requests efficiently.

- Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and improve service quality.

- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
