Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, emails, or chat professionally.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain clear and polite communication in English at all times.
Update customer details and interaction records in the system.
Fluent in English, Hindi and any south languages Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam
Eligibility: 12th pass mandatory; good communication and problem-solving skills required.
