Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Domain: E-commerce Platform
Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: 0–1 year in any BPO domain (Freshers welcome)
- Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹19,000 Take Home / ₹23,000 CTC
- 1+ Year Experience: ₹22,000 Take Home / ₹26,000 CTC
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off
- Shift Window: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
Assessment Criteria:
- Versant Score: Minimum 4
- Typing Speed: 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
- SVAR Score: 54
