Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Medical Appointment Scheduling

Location: Bengaluru

We work closely with hospitals, diagnostic centres, insurers, and corporate clients to ensure seamless healthcare access for our customers.


Job Summary:

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for scheduling medical appointments for customers, coordinating with diagnostic centres and hospitals, and ensuring a smooth and timely experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adherence to defined processes and TATs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule medical appointments (doctor consultations, diagnostics, health check-ups) as per customer requests
  • Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centres, and internal teams to confirm appointment availability
  • Ensure accurate data entry and case updates in the system
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp requests related to appointment scheduling
  • Provide clear information to customers regarding appointment details, preparation instructions, and timelines
  • Track appointment status (confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, no-show) and update records accordingly
  • Follow defined SLAs, TATs, and process guidelines
  • Escalate issues or delays to the concerned team in a timely manner
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality


Skills & Competencies:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM/tools
  • Attention to detail and process adherence
  • Willingness to work in shifts, if required


Educational Qualification

  • Any graduate or undergraduate (10+2 / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Experience / Freshers can apply
  • Prior experience in customer support, healthcare operations, call centre, or appointment scheduling is an added advantage
