Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, or chats

Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently

Maintain accurate customer records and follow processes

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Escalate issues when required

Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

Good communication skills (English / regional language as required)

Basic computer knowledge
