Collection Process - CRED
Salary – 18000 - 23200 CTC (considering their experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers to remind them of their overdue payments and ensure timely collection
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Qualification:
Fresher or Proven experience as a Collections Specialist/ outbound sales for min 1 year
Excellent communication in English and Hindi
Graduate is a must.
Timings: 9:30 to 7:00 Pm (Any 9 hours shift)
