📌 Job Description – Customer Support Executive---Non-Voice----English & Hindi

Process: Domestic Non-Voice (E-commerce)

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore (Work from Office)

🎯 Function

Customer Support Executive – Handling customer queries and support through E-mail/ Chat support.

This role involves handling backend operations, ensuring smooth customer support processes, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

✅ Eligibility

• Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory)
• Education: Graduation mandatory
• Experience:
• Fresher (0–1 year in BPO domain)
• Experienced (1 year in BPO domain preferred)
• Versant Requirement: Minimum Level 4
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

💼 Responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries and complaints through E-mail/ Chat support.
• Ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to process guidelines and performance metrics.

💰 Compensation

19K Take home, 21K Take home (1+yr experienced)

🕒 Work Details

• Workdays: 6 days working, 1 rotational off
• Shift Timing: Between 8 AM – 9 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
• Mode: Work from Office (Marathahalli, Bangalore)
