Job Title: Customer Support Executive ---B2B Voice Process

Shift Timings: Day rotational between 8 AM to 8 PM (varied slots)

Key Responsibilities:

Helping sellers with account issues

Provide product/service information and explaining policies related to refunds and other rules to customers.

Solving payment or order related issues.

Deliver excellent customer experience for Hindi speaking customers.

Requirements: Education: Graduate

Experience: 1 year (paper

experience accepted) in Customer Support/B2B/B2C/BPO

Language fluency in English + Hindi (mandatory)

Compensation: 28,000 CTC

6-day work week + 1 rotational week off

Job Title:

Process Executive--- Banking Process

Shift Timings: Day shift (exact timing shared during interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/receive Inbound calls to/from potential customers

Explain loan products and application process clearly

Address customer queries and guide them through documentation

Maintain call logs and follow-up schedules

Requirements:

Education: PUC or Graduate

Experience: Freshers welcome

Good communication and persuasion skills

Compensation: Fixed 20000 CTC

6-day work week + 1 rotational week off

Receive Inbound calls from potential customers

Explain loan products and application process clearly.

Address customer queries and guide them through documentation

Maintain call logs and follow-up schedules

Requirements:

Education: Male Graduate Candidates Only

Experience: Freshers welcome

Good communication and persuasion skills

Compensation: Fixed 22000 Net take Home

6-day work week + 1 rotational week off
