Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer communication and assist with service coordination. The role involves responding to enquiries, tracking service requests, and working with internal teams to ensure timely updates and resolution. This position is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals seeking long-term growth in customer support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, and internal platforms
  • Provide accurate information related to services, requests, and processes
  • Track and follow up on service requests to ensure closure within timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to share updates and resolve issues
  • Maintain customer data and service records using CRM or internal systems
  • Ensure polite, clear, and professional communication with customers
  • Adhere to company processes and service standards

Eligibility & Skills

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 8 years of relevant experience may apply
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and basic CRM tools
  • Ability to work from the Koramangala office location
  • Customer-focused approach and willingness to learn
