Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Summary: Hiring for multiple BPO voice processes (Automobile, Watch, Telecommunication, Banking). Open for freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound)
• Resolve queries and provide support
• Generate leads and follow-ups (if applicable)
• Maintain records and ensure service quality

Salary & Eligibility Overview

Salary Range: ₹13,000 to ₹29,000 Take Home (Fixed + Incentives up to ₹50,000 for collections roles)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Graduation
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–1 year)
• Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory) + South Indian languages (preferred for some roles)
• Skills: Good communication and basic computer knowledge

Shift:

• General / Rotational / Night Shift (process-dependent)
• Basic computer knowledge
