Job Description
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, street-smart, and action-driven manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer retail operations across multiple retail points in and around Bengaluru. This is not an office job — it’s a full-time, on-the-ground leadership role.
You’ll be responsible for managing vehicles, staff, and stock; solving real-world challenges; and driving daily sales. If you enjoy being out in the field, talking to people, solving problems on the spot, and making things happen, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
· Plan and manage daily deployment of vehicles and field staff across retail points.
· Ensure smooth daily setup — stock, pricing, display, and equipment (scales, QR codes, bags, etc.).
· Anticipate and resolve on-ground issues quickly — location access, local authority permissions, or competition-related challenges.
Sales & Team Leadership
· Motivate and guide your team to sell more through smart display, customer interaction, and pricing ideas.
· Track daily sales performance and identify ways to improve conversions and reduce wastage.
· Be physically present on the field, supervising multiple locations as needed.
Inventory & Cash Handling
· Ensure accurate record of stock sent, sold, and returned each day.
· Collect sales proceeds and hand them over with reconciliation the following day.
· Prevent leakages or losses through active supervision and accountability.
People & Relationship Management
· Build and manage a loyal, motivated field team that trusts and respects you.
· Maintain good relations with local authorities, vendors, and nearby sellers.
· Handle conflicts tactfully and protect the company’s interests on the ground.
Reporting & Coordination
· Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock and replenishment.
· Identify new high-traffic retail points and opportunities.
· Submit daily reports covering sales, returns, and key observations.
