Job Description

Mahanta is into Men's Ethnic wear looking for a Data Analyst / MIS Executive who can manage and analyze retail business data. The candidate will work closely with management to analyze store-wise sales, inventory movement, and stock performance to improve business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for all stores.

• Analyze store-wise performance and product-wise sales.

• Track inventory levels, stock ageing, and slow-moving items.

• Monitor purchase vs sales data and help maintain proper stock levels.

• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards in Excel.

• Support management with data insights for better decision making.

• Coordinate with store managers and warehouse team for data accuracy.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

• Experience in sales reporting and inventory analysis.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in retail or garment industry preferred.

1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong Excel skills can also apply).

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau

• Experience with ERP or retail software
