Job Description
- Creating Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales & Inventory reports for all MRPs
- Interacting and responding to customer emails for B2B sales
- Tracking consignment IDs for Flipkart
- Listing, Relisting, Image uploading, and updating Content of products
- Preparing high logistic image link, raising tickets and claims
- Checking MRP levels and raising tickets for updating them as and when required
- Creating and follow-up on tickets concerned with products and other queries
- Order processing, Operational activities, and Adhoc responsibilities
