Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst (Fresher) who is passionate about data, analytics, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have strong analytical thinking, and be comfortable working with datasets to drive insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various internal and external sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and automated reporting systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and consistent formatting in all deliverables.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and data-related queries as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Basic understanding of Python or R is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
