Job Description
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Data Collection & Reporting:** Liaise with Depot In-Charges to gather relevant operational data.
- **Document Handling:** Ensure timely collection of Proof of Delivery (PODs) and invoices from all depots.
- **Filing & Organisation:** Check, verify, and file PODs and invoices efficiently for record-keeping.
- **Software Management:** Work with Excel and quickly adapt to SAP for billing, reporting, and analysis.
- **Timely Submissions:** Ensure reports are submitted within deadlines for financial and operational review.
